Thanks again. I really think that you’re terrific – hard and tough and terrific. I’ve had a lot of personal trainers in my day (my last of which is competing in the Common Wealth games). And, they’ve all been fine for our sessions, but, never assisted with the diet and the push to lose. I am really appreciating the way in which you are pushing, the level at which you are unforgiving, and the intensity and high level of expectation you are holding us all to. I fear that I’ve become quite lazy and you are intolerant of all of my really good excuses.
As I told you, I’m finding the fitting in of my schedule really hard. But, I have managed so far. I hope it continues.
