Dear Vi, Thanks for everything – you have been a wonderful and supportive personal trainer and a pleasure to know. Yes I will see you at the gym and I am going to print out past exercise programs that you sent to us all to keep on track. I think it is so easy to not exercise or eat right if you do not right it down. Writing it down seems to make it real and it is harder to slacken off. Yes keep sending me stuff – I like it.
