Personal training 1 on 1

oneononeOne on one training is one of the fastest and most effective ways of reaching your health and fitness goals. Working closely with a Trainer will ensure you are always working at your best and staying motivated.

You will be supported every step of the way to reach your goal/s

Training Fee: $80.00 for 1 hour or $50.00 for ½ hour

 

Group training

grouptrainingTraining in a group can be very beneficial to you and your friends in many ways as support, motivation and fun – to name a few – this kind of training may also make you more likely to stay in training if you friends are there with you and is also a cost effective way to train.

VO2 PT can come to you in your local park, for a tough but fun result based Training session to cather for whatever your requirements are – bootcamps are also available.  Groups can be up to 10 people.

Please contact VO2 for a training cost quote on your numbers.  Smaller group training 2-4 can be run either in various gyms, or your home or other convenient locations to suit.

 

Training in the Gym 

Vibeke also trains out of a  fully equipped gym located in Caulfield.

Training Fee based on 1 hour duration:

  • 1 on 1 – $80.00
  • 2 on 1 – $100.00
  • 3 on 1 – $120.00

Training at home

If you don’t feel comfortable in a gym or in the public eye or for whatever reason VO2 can come to you – just call or E-mail to discuss options and goals.

Training Fee from (depending on location) 1 on 1: $ 90.00 for 1 hour

Corporate Training

corporate-newVO2 comes to your workplace or a park near by.  Get your workmates together, before or after work or during lunchtime.  Workplace training is a great way to bond and have fun with your work colleagues in a healthy manner.

Fitmums

Fitmums_finalFitmums is a training program designed for those hardworking selfless and caring mums out there who never seem to put time aside for themselves. You can lose weight or get healthier and more toned on your own or grasp a few other mums and save money and support each other whilst having fun with the girls in a safe and controlled manner, whilst learning about correct training methods, lifestyle diet, and the right attitude to keep the weight off and stay healthy.

 

 

 

Fitdads

ExerciseFitdads is a training program designed for the hardworking supporting dads who may not have a lot of spare hours in the day to stay trim and healthy to give them  energy – whether being a stay at home dad or working long hours this is a program for you. Get a few mates together for a challenge and fun while you get your energy levels re-charged.

 

 

 

 

12 week training challenge

12week_finalAny of the programs can be offered for a 12 week duration in order to get you in good shape on a special designed program to get you to reach whatever your goal/s may be.  Training Fees are the same as the other Training sessions – however you will sign up for the 12 weeks as a commitment to yourself and VO2 will give you the 12 week commitment to reach your goal/s whatever that may be – to get you to be the best you want to be and can be.
